A native of Lancaster, Kaitlyn Halvorsen was crowned Miss Nebraska Teen USA on 6 April and will represent Nebraska at the Miss Teen USA pageant. State pageant photos. Through initiatives like creating Meals on Wheels bags and organizing outreach efforts, she is committed to making a meaningful impact outside the classroom and encouraging her peers to engage with their communities.

The pageant is directed by Vanbros & Associates, headquartered in Shawnee, Kansas. For the past three years, she has competed at Level 3, mastering advanced skills while also giving back as a dedicated coach to younger athletes. With over 12 years of experience as a competitive cheerleader, she brings high energy, precision, and leadership both on and off the mat.

Her talent was gymnastic dance and her platform focuses. After five years of racing, her mission is clear: to empower more young women to get behind the wheel and chase their dreams in this male-dominated field.
